The Philosophy of this program is to prepare our girls for collegiate softball. By gathering the training methods of the top players in the world and bring them to our girls. The coaches are committed to bringing the latest ideas and fundamentals to the game.

We hold weekly training for the entire ICE organization. Our winter facility contains two batting cages, several hitting stations, infield practice area, and pitchers training area. We work on hitting, pitching, base running, defense, and speed/agility, etc.; All with the help of Rightview Pro technology.
